I lost £172.69 with this company. It is heartbreaking knowing that I had my families presents sorted and instead lost all this money. I brought the puzzles on the 4th of may and after numerous emails and no replies I realized that I have been scammed.

Bought a personalized puzzle with a family photo as a Mother’s Day gift. Never received the item. Reached out to the company many times via email, the only contact option available on the website, and never received a response. I am now being told by my email provider that the email address for the business is no longer valid.
