This individual is on LinkedIn claiming he is a private lender for personal loans, business loans and real estate investors. He uses the identity of a man named Kenneth Lee Butters, he has a copy of his driver's license and uses a picture found online or him. He also has a website set up. Once you go through the process, he will tell you that you are approved and needs a copy of your id. Lastly, he has a link to a page that will look like a wells fargo acct but it's spelled wells fago and it will ask you for your personal account number. If you try to go through an escrow or title company, he will not accept. Ultimately, he wants your wet signature, your id and your bank acct information.
