I saw their ad on Pinterest originally, signed up and was charged $17 approximately for their plan and was told to login via the BetterMe app to view my meal and workout plan. I attempted to login and it states my email or password is incorrect. I try to reset and never receive an email to reset. They now have my card information, my email address, and I have no access to their supposed product.
