They replied:
Dear customer,
We are sorry to hear that.
What size do you usually wear? Which part of the item do you think doesn't fit?
Or do you mean that our size guide is wrong? If so, could you please measure the item by referring to the parameter in our size guide and send us the real measurements with some photos? You don't have to put it on, just spread it on the table or floor to measure and take some photos.
Sounds pretty ridiculous to ask someone to go through all of these hoops just to get an R/A. I replied back stating they were not a good fit and the quality was poor.
I then received this email reply:

About your return request, would it be a considered solution that we offer a $11 refund as compensation and you keep the item you would like to return please?

I emailed them right back....I have heard nothing. I read about their other so called company swim demo.com on the BBB.
Very sketchy! I informed that I would be reporting them to the BBB. This company is based in Hong Kong, but wants you to beleive that they are US based. My CC statement shows a PayPal *RUNNER LTD, HK.
BUYER BEWARE!!! FRAUD/SCAM company!
