We are an appliance repair company in Boise and we are an appliance repair company that has been doing business in the Boise, ID area for 50+ years. EZ Boise Appliance Repair is running a scam in the Boise area. We believe they are actually located physically in CA. When someone calls to schedule a repair with them or does so on their online appointment, they take CC and charge the CC and then no one shows up to the customers home to complete this repair. We have customers contacting us stating that we took their money but then had no one come out to their house. This is causing us to have very upset customers and also results in negative reviews on both Yelp and Google. We have tried contacting this company but have been unsucessful as they tell us they cannot help us in regards to any complaints.
