easyhomeownership.net Reports & Reviews (2)

I contacted Easyhomeownership.net to inquire about their program to help a relative rent a home, and was informed that the process required enrolling in a credit repair program in order to get a client ID, after which I would receive a packet of listings. I was told that I must pay the fee and enroll in the credit repair program with Lexington Law (https://www.lexingtonlaw.com/) in order to receive the listings. After inquiring as to whether or not there would be any other fees for the credit repair, I was told there is a monthly fee of $***-$*** per month, but that once I have the listings I would be able to contact any of the homeowners on the listing. I was also told that easyhomeownership.net would not be communicating with the homeowners, that all communication would be between me and the homeowners unless there were problems because the homeowners would not respond or deny me based on my credit score because some of the homeowners are not aware that they are on the listing. And if I could not find a home to rent that I would then contact easyhomeownership.net and they would contact the owners for me.

When I inquired as to why they would not know they are on the listing I was informed that sometimes homeowners sometimes just don't realize that they are on the list, or that I would actually be working with them to repair my credit, so then they would have to contact the homeowners. So I asked how they could guarantee that I would be able to rent a home if I go through the program, and the representative told me that they could not but that they would definitely help me find a home to rent.

I also contacted Lexington Law about the program, who said that they do not help people find homes to rent or own, and that they are not aware and know nothing about the program, but that they do work with numerous vendors to offer credit repair services. And that they are a credit repair company only.

I am posting this, because the easyhomeownership.net said that they are registered with the ScamPulse.com.

I worked with this company along with a team of my 5 people, receiving calls and transferring customers to Lexington law.

The slogan is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom $400 rent a month, well its a scam stay away form this company we have been receiving calls doing advertisement on Craiglist and Facebook.

We worked whole month of Oct owner of the company Brenda Kemp refuses to pay at the end.

The reality is that this is completely fraud non of customer ever got a house on $400 rent. Its a scam I would suggest new workers from Pakistan, India, Philippine, Jamaica or Bangladesh to stay away from Brenda Kemp or Easy home ownership she will not pay you at the end of the month.

For people who needs rent to own home please stay away from this fraud otherwise you'll be required to be transferred to Lexington law to repair you credit score, they will put you in a contract you will end up paying them $200 a month and will never get a home.

Never call this number 888) 205-8508
