It is an automatic recording stating my debit account will be charged for computer expired services, $299.00, or cancel service. When I call back some Indian accent sounding person answers. I tell them to stop calling me, and that I am going to report them as scammers. So this is what I am doing. Thank you in advance.

Last year I was on my computer when a pop-up stated my computer had a serious virus. I paid $150 to have it fixed. They never fixed it. I feel like a complete fool! But now over a year later another company claiming to be the BBB a man called my PARENT'S house! I don't remember giving them this number. The man said he was trying to give me a refund and asked for permission for remote access to my computer...ONCE AGAIN he gave what seemed to be a reasonable response to why he needed the remote access. While he was accessing my computer I got a sick feeling and started asking questions. He became upset and insulting telling me I was "A stupid, foolish american.". I hung up and he called me back to say he was "going to *** with my parents computer!" OMG! They keep calling back and I feel just sick about it! I'm not sure what else to do other than make a complaint with you.
