I order my easy hoop in August and kept getting told I will get it a d I asked for a refund. Needless to say I never got either.

I saw ads on TikTok for the Easy Hoop. The product was on sale for $18.95 and I placed my order on 9/9/21. I emailed the company on 9/29/21 inquiring how long it would take to receive the product. I did receive an email the following day stating due to high demand, there was a delay, but that my order would be fulfilled and shipped the following week.
As of 11/11/21 I have yet to receive the item. I have sent 4 additional emails with NO response.

I have seen ads all over TikTok and Facebook for the SmartHoop. Was susposed to be a fun way to lose weight and time your stomach. They were having a sale, you could purchase the SmartHoop for $19.99! I ordered mine August 27. It is October 6 and they keep saying excuses for not shipping my order, offered a refund and then stopped responding to emails and phone calls.
