Purchased tickets on 3/9/21 to a 3/12-14/21 event, parking $50 and couples hot air tethered balloon ride $99. Day before event received email that event cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances." No replies to emails, phone number found on site says "on vacation" so unable to leave a message, no tickets to future event. Says event is in December at same venue, but venue indicates there are no events from this company scheduled in December.
