This looks like the real passport renewal website. They charge you $65 to fill out the exact same form as the government site, which is free.

I thought this internet site, https://www.easy-apply.org/, was part of the SSA and submitted their online form to obtain a lost replacement SS Card. They required a $40.00 online payment to accept the form. After the form was accepted a message said I would receive an email confirmation right away. There was also a note that the site was not part of the SSA.

After I did not receive an email confirmation, I verified that the credit card payment was accepted. Then I did a search for reviews of the site. All of the reviews including the Better Business Bureau's indicate that https://www.easy-apply.org/ is a scam.
