I was contacted by Floyd Simms by phone saying I was approved for a loan for $8000. I had applied and was told by Flyod I needed to pay 3 monthly payments before they wired money into my account. I had to wire $574 plus fees which was a total of $620. After that I would have the money in my acoount in 2-3 hours. Two hours later, his boss Ricky called and wanted $750 more due to my credit score. I told them both I wanted my $620 back. They said it would take 14-30 days to send a certified check. I contacted my local police station and western union. I'm pretty sure I'm out my money.
