I beleive Jack Mafa is scamming the consumers by not disclosing he is not certifed to prepare legal documents such as trusts, divorces and other paralegal services. Jack Mafa is not a certified legal document preparer through the Arizona Supreme Court legal Decument preparer program. A legal document preparer is not an attorney and is not supervised by an attorney, is not employed by an attorney and communications with a legal document preparer is not privileged. Arizona Code of Judicial Administration 7-208(e) (1) states a person shall not represent they are a certified legal document preparer, or are authorized to prepare legal documents, without valid certification.
