I was searching for online PhD degrees and found the website onlineacademicdegree.com that was offering scholarships from partner universities. I applied and I got a call from an academic counsellor called Daniel Marin from east bay university (www.ebcs.university) he talked a lot and tried to convince me to make payments online. This is a fake university. If you google you will not find this university. You will only find the reputed California state university in East Bay.
