. I worked as a package inspector for a month and did not get paid or reimbursed for packing supplies or gas. I signed an employment agreement electronically which I took pictures of page by page, I submitted a W2 with my social security number, gave my banking information, and submitted my drivers license to this company. They used me for an entire month sending and shipping packages for them. Their base pay was $1950, which is $65 per day and then I was suppose to get $50 per package shipped. They had a legitimate online platform where you log in daily and upload pictures of packages etc. They explained that the first month of employment I had to wait 30 days to get paid, on my 30th day (day I was suppose to receive money) I was locked out of their online dashboard with no return calls or emails.

it was a job offer I worked a month under the assumption I would be paid after that month I was doing package inspecting. They sent normal packages like phones, clothes, etc. and I just delivered them too select ups, FedEx, or usps stores. Fast forward I did my job for that month pay time come around and I get ghosted and i had my bank information in for direct deposit i was no longer able to log into my account that started this morning and no communication had been made since. I still have all of the emails.

I was called about a job offer I applied for on indeed. I did actually apply for the job so I knew what she meant. They emailed me the information and it sounded like a good deal. I inquired if the business was legitimate and asked for their legal documents, one of which I posted with this description. Over the course of a week I got very suspicious. I noticed the packages that were coming to my house were often incorrectly labeled. I had never heard of a work from home job scam before this. I no longer feel comfortable communicating with these people but I filled out a W-2 thinking this was a real job and they asked for a direct deposit for payment. Once I accepted the job duties changed and seemed suspicious. This is why I'm reporting. I don't want to lose my information or be charged with anything.
