I purchased an advertised air conditioner unit from Ease2day but it was nothing more than a swamp cooler and did not cool down the room. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they told me where to send the unit. I returned the item in it's original packaging and never heard from the company again. There is no phone number for the company on their website and they do not answer emails except an automated response saying they will get back to you in 6 to 8 business hours, but they never do. Do NOT order anything from this company!

Recently we purchased a portable ac unit (Portable Air Conditioner Stand Up Room Cooler Indoor AC Unit-Windowless) for $189.97. After a few weeks we received not updates on order besides the initial “confirmation of purchase email”. I had attempted to reach them by email asking why my product has not shipped yet, but never received a response.

When this did not work I sent them a message through their contact form on their website, but again received no response.

Searched the internet, their website, and the Better Business Bureau website for more contact information, but there is none. There is no phone number, no other emails, and at most you can only see that they are located somewhere in India by looking through their Terms of Service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

another rip-off scam company who takes your money creates a UPS shipping tracking number and then does not deliver what you purchase. now we're fighting with PayPal for a refund. our loss is over $260 for a portable air conditioner. if you want to get robbed by all means order something from this company guarantee you will not receive your product not even a receipt for the money they stole. guarantee they will steal your money.

Me and my husband purchased what we thought was a portable AC (approx $200)however when the item arrived it was just water cooling completely different what we were expecting and a big Roach came crawling out they Ease2day emailed with a return labelto send back the item yet they never processed the return and keep appointing us to our credit card company for a refund. It's been over a year and we can only reach them through email by which they don't get back once we identify who we are and the order number. I am so upset because they pulled this scam while the pandemic was happening and make me feel like nothing can be done. I still have all original emails for correspondence up until they stopped responding.

I purchased a stand up windowless A/C unit for $387.97 plus tax on March 18, 2021. On April 1, 2021 I was able to reach Danielle from their support team this is what she quoted(I just checked your order, it should have been delivered by now, no need to worry sir I have raised your ticket with our order fulfillment team and you will hear back from them with in 24-48 hrs, we really appreciate your patience ☺️

Danielle (Ease2day Support Team) I have not heard from anyone about my order. FedEx told me to reach the seller. Very frustrated about the hold ideal.

I purchased a portable AC from Ease2day and received the item and it was a swamp cooler. So they give false advertising for one. Number two, I went back and forth with them about receiving a refund, I had already returned the item to them via UPS, and you can only contact Ease2day by email and finally they sent me this, "Thanks for your patience, we are currently facing Technical issue with our payment gateway we can't process your refund to your card, we request you to please contact with your bank to get your refund amount, we are so sorry for the inconvenience you have to go through because of us"
I have never heard of anything so absurd. And not down for one day, just we can't issue you a payment back at all. A ridiculous and scam company. Also, if you try to leave a review on their site regarding their "AC's", it says 'Sorry, you don't have permission to leave a review.' All of Ease2days reviews are fake. Avoid Ease2day like the bubonic plague.

I purchased a stand up windowless A/C unit for $397.00 plus tax on November 16, 2020. On December 14, 2020 it was returned to shipper by FedEx because the box was so badly damaged. After over 20 emails back and forth with Jacqui, l finally was approved to have a new item sent. I finally received a package on January 13, 2021 that was heavily damaged. I emailed Ease2day again and I was instructed by Henry to open it and see if item worked. After opening the item I realized it was NOT the correct item I purchased. I was told to repackage the item and await further instructions that would follow in 24-48 hours. After multiple (6) email attempts over the last 2 weeks to find out if they have the correct unit to send me or if they will give me a refund I have been ignored. I am not at a total loss of $400+ but I have a unit that I can not use. I do have emails and pictures to support my claim.
