I made a grooming appointment for my pet on 02/08/2023 and also uploaded everything including vaccination records to Earthwise Pet website. They approved my appointment request on 02/09/2023 and I confirmed the appointment is coming on 02/16/2023. However, on 02/15/2023, the night before the appointment, I received a message from the company saying they didn't receive the rabies vaccine and they have to reschedule the appointment for my pet. The rescheduling fee is $65. I'm not willing to pay this $65 because 1) I didn't get the service but they charged me ahead. 2) I sent all the paperwork and documents to them literally one week ago before the upcoming appointment, and they approved it. But on the night before the upcoming appointment, they texted me saying they can't take my pet in because the rabies vaccination is not up to date. I really want to ask about the meaning of approval. If there's something missing, why they don't text me earlier so I have enough time to get my pet vaccinated? So ridiculous. My credit card is in their profile so they just directly charged me $65 without my consent. This is a scam and I can't do without anything. Hope you can help me solve this problem and get my money back.
