Received a text message from what appeared to be ATT asking to answer a customer service survey with an offer for EarPods for $1.95. After the survey I entered my credit card info. I checked my credit card minutes later and there were charges for $39.95 89.95 and 1.95 from a company called BALANCED HEALTH COMPLE. Immediately, I disputed the charges with my credit card company and I was unable to reach the scammer phone. On Monday, I was able to reach them and they claimed I accepted terms for something I don’t even know. They sent me a cancellation email and told me they could not remove the charges.
