I was contacted by Shantel Anderson via email. Shantel is impersonating an “HR Director” of a mobile app company called Earn Wallet. This is not the same legitimate Earn Wallet currently in the App Store. This company is created to confuse job seekers. Shantel Anderson approached me about a Sr. Recruiter position via email. We met for a zoom interview twice. She offered a position and sent a formal offer letter and had me complete a fake “background check” process. Everything seemed normal until she first told me to verify personal information via text message auto prompts and requested that I wire $10,000 to bank account for “my expenses”. She told me I couldn’t start the without wiring 10k. I was wise enough not to send the money but this is clearly an employment scam.

Look out for these websites listed below as well as a fake HR Director named Shantel Anderson. She also has a LinkedIn Profile.
