They called my mom and said they were going to "serve papers" if I didn't pay. She asked what it was for and they said they couldn't say. She asked for their name and he mumbled then said EAK. She asked for their number and was given this one then when my mom tried calling it back the same person answered the phone with no message and was rude. She said she had the wrong number and he said she had the right number and he got frustrated. My mom hung up the phone. I did the reverse phone number and it said there was no location, no business and another site said fraudulent number. Then I got on here at bbb.org and am reporting the scam to you.
