I ordered some silver dollar coins online from Eagleuscoins.com and was provided a tracking number which checked out in the UPS tracking system as coming to Valparaiso FL (Where I live). I got notified that it was delivered, but it hadn't been so I started a claim on the UPS website and contacted the shipper. The next morning, I was provided a different tracking number, same story. I was provided a third tracking number the following morning and tried to verify that it was, in fact, coming to me at my address, it wasn't. The three tracking numbers I received were:

1Z81WV870340470706

1Z627FE90334372232

All of these were addressed to Valparaiso FL and were presumably delivered.

My concern is that someone has apparently been able to retrieve valid tracking numbers from the UPS system that are addressed to the same town a customer lives in and is sending them to customers as proof of shipping. The vendor I used was Eagleuscoins.com

I filed a stop payment notice with USAA and that is still pending.
