I made an EagleRider motorcycle rental reservation on 4/5/23, being told they would "credit my deposit back if canceled up to 30 or more days prior to the pick-up date". My reservation was for a bike rental 7/31/23 though 8/5/23. I then canceled the reservation on 5/26/23 (more that a month before the "pick up date"). But even though I cancelled months in advance, they will only give an "in store credit" on what they took from me as a deposit ($415.28). Oh, and you only get 12 months to use that credit, before you loose your money and they keep it!
