While searching for CBD oil pain relief online, I was directed to Eagle Hemp website. This website bragged of being on Shark Tank as well as having been endorsed by credible organizations such as CNN and USA Today. These “credible” statements were enough for me to order 3 bottles of their product.

The first alert was after I put in my payment information, I received a confirmation and order number but nothing showing the charges to print. Another alert was I never received an email to confirm my order. However they wasted no time charging me $171.19 to my card.

After trying to reach someone multiple times on their customer service support line and never getting an answer, I looked online for an email address which I tried, but got an “address not found” message.

What everybody should do first is read any and all reviews (BBB especially), and do a lot of research to confirm credibility from credible sources. If all you can find is some John Doe making comments on YouTube or another social media, that’s proof those individuals are part of the scam. Don’t fall for it!

These days it is a lot easier for some people to steal from others rather than for them to get their own jobs and earn their own money.

This Company is a scam. I ordered product was told it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days, No Product it's been 10 days. There is no # to call so I responded to the email that they sent me 3x and still no response. I dispute with my bank and they are not doing anything. They said I had to call the company. At this point I am out 115.00 please help!!

I sent back my order and never received my refund, $185.

********** was on internet advertising this product so I trusted it. He said he would never try to promote anything he wouldn’t give his own family this is why I ordered it. Then it sent it to Eagle Hemp and they denied having anything to do with it

On June 19 I try to order bottle gummies.  Not go true.  Try after again then ok.  When I call my creditor company charge 2 times.  I send email, text couple msg.  Also before I order I have a msg from Janiet Davies she say we pay shipping. Sure charge everything.  On Monday 8am I call then waited more then 30 min.  Customer representative ask why order need to cancel.  I explain why.  He offer to cancel one order but second to pay half of price.  I told him.  No.  You need to cancel.  I don't want that.  He still push to take one.  I hung up.  After 3pm I received email.  You order was sent.  I was very mad.  Call again.  Same process.  Then she told me was $184 doll.  My god.  I order 1 bottle $59.dollars.  I told I was cancel my order today at 8am plus send 3 msg to Janiet on Saturday evening.  Really rip off company.
