Facebook offer. I chose the $69.99 authorization with money back guarantee. I received and alert my account was charged $213.99- did not authorize this. Next window say your order isn’t complete with another special offer (had I not received and alert from my bank I would have clicked ‘continue to check out’ which was the only option. I assume I would have been charged again. I went to the BBC website and it turns out people have had little to no response from this company and were additionally charged monthly for the product. One review said a response was received to return product- after product was returned unopened only a 58% refund was issued. The website credentials listed are Shark Tank, CBS, Forbes, WebMD,Time, and ABC News. Thanks to the reviews on the BBB, I disputed the charge and had to freeze my account and get a new card. Other reviews said the product that arrived was also fraudulent. Investigation with my bank will take 90days. I am hoping I acted fast enough to not loose the $213.99.

I was in the process of placing an order for what I thought were two free bottles of Eagle Hemp CBD gummies. I entered my credit card information as with other companies, you have to pay the shipping on the free offer. Immediately upon entering the credit card information, I received a receipt for a completed order. I did not get the opportunity to review the order prior to finalizing the order.

There is no way I would have placed a $211.99 order for something that I wanted to try. The free bottles are with the purchase of three bottles of the product. However, there are icons all over the webpage labeled "Claim Free Bottles". Their website is set up to be misleading. In addition, I did not immediately receive confirmation and it is not in my spam folder either. The email did come until several hours later. I sent them an email immediately following the incident requesting that the order be canceled. I also used their "contact" feature on the website and sent them the copied text of the same email that I had sent.

There is no phone number anywhere on their website. I had to Google their company to find their contact information. Unfortunately, the contact phone number and address are for a third-party company that handles its business dealings with customers. According to them I have to wait to receive the product and then phone them back for return instructions.

These are all very poor business practices and/or a complete scam! I'm going with a complete scam. I called my credit card company to put a block on the payment and get a refund to my account. Since the transaction is in pending status, I cannot complete this request until it is moved to final transaction status with the credit card company. Therefore, I have to call my credit card company back to get the block and refund finalized.

I saw an ad on facebook with pictures of some of the shark tanks that claimed the shark tanks had invested in the CBD gummies for insomnia, so I clicked on it and purchased (1) bottle at $39.99, to try it out. When I checked my emailed messages, they had sent an invoice charging me for (5) bottles for a total of $214.99 (includes taxes & shipping). Immediately, I called customer support and just asked them to cancel the order, in its entirety, because I felt like this was a scam. The lady said she couldn't cancel the order but kept offering me discounts and I told her that this was unacceptable. I hung up and responded to the email with the invoice and asked them to cancel the order. Again, I was told they couldn't cancel the order. I received a notice that the order would be shipped the next day. FedEx delivered the order two days afterwards and I declined it. I called my bank and they said since I didn't have proof of a receipt for the (1) bottle, that they couldn't dispute it. Eagle Hemp would only refund me $100 so I was scammed for $114.99.
