Eagle Financial Services called her 75-year-old father, *** *** in Rocky Mount, VA, and offered him a $9K loan w/ repayments of $320 for 3 years. They wanted his bank info to pay $120 upfront or to send via Western Union. Caller said he was James Thomas at 614-489-8035. His daughter was there when they called and she contacted BBB.
