I called to clarify their desire and the letter and offer they send is a phishing letter where their intent is to buy property for extremely less than its true value in order to flip the property. Unfortunately this unethical business practice yields this company results. The representative from the company shared how successful they are at this and tried to spin it to where they are providing a service for people who just want to get rid of property and do not want to use a realtor. They are trying to take advantage of people and should be stopped.
