I never received my ceramic tourmaline ionic flat iron hair straightener and I ordered it February 27th 2020 and we are now on May 4th 2020 I’ve emailed them multiple times and I get no response back they are scammers I don’t recommend anyone to order from this website they just take your money and you never receive the product they need to shut down the website and find whoever is behind this whole thing

I was browsing Facebook came across an ad for a hair straightener it said it was $19.99 no shipping fee, no tax. I made the purchase and right after I made the purchase it took me to a screen that showed my address on the map and said that this was the shipping information. It made it look legit as if it was a receipt for me paying, it now has been almost 3 weeks. I went to the website, clicked on contact us and I have wrote this website to three times now asking where my straightener is and that I didn't get a reply I haven’t heard anything.

Same I ordered mine some months ago and still haven't recieved the product nor have I received a refund I've emailed them some many times and still haven't gotten a response
