My husband needed a new SS card and this company claims it will save you from standing in long lines and complicated paperwork. It gives you the paperwork filled out and a postage sticker with the local SS office. We thought this was great until months later no SS card and our local SS office informs us that they do not take anything but walk in applications. The company has a 3 day refund policy. I sent an email explaining that you would think if they were selling a service they would know which states accept mail in apps. I doubt I get a refund but it should be known that they are scammers!
