Victim received an email saying she was approved for a loan for, and she would need to call 773-747-7104. She called the number and spoke to a Thomas Cook. Victim provided SSN, bank account information, and other personal info. Thomas Cook said she was approved for $4500 and deposited $1826 into her account. He then told victim she would need to send back $1500 on a gift card.

Victim did not load money onto gift card and has notified bank of the amount deposited.
