I have purchased many flights and hotels through other websites such as expedia, delta, priceline, etc. Never have i had a transaction denied. When i bought through EDreams i thought it was weird because the American Airline portion went through fine, but the hotel portion titled "edreams" was block and denied by my bank. I tried to get customer service through their online bot, and when i finally got to the option to talk to a real person it said no one was available. None of the phone numbers i found online work. They wont even dial, or have an awful tone before just hanging up. Its like this place doesnt exist except to take your money online! I decided to just cancel the whole transaction and rebook. I has been over 24 hours and my request is still sitting there unprocessed. Any other major company not only would have a human for me to talk to, but would already have had this processed and my money returned within 7-10 business days. I googled reviews and to my shock there have been people who have been waiting over 7 MONTHS FOR THEIR REFUNDS and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM. not only that, but others itineraries were complete cancelled, no refund, or airlines and hotels have never heard of their itineraries!! how can this company get away with stealing SO MUCH money from people and no one gets in trouble? This is insane! $928.20 was taken from me, and i have three children so that is a lot of money!!!!
