Lady calls warehouse after the office is closed and ask about sending labels. warehouse personal tells her that he is not authorized to make purchases and we do not want any. I fax invoice back which is for $478.46 and request that they send for pickup. Also told them this needs to be out of warehouse within 10 days or we would dispose of. I had to leave voicemail for Patty in accounting and to sales dept too. they will not answer phone or return calls. we are not paying for this.

Caller asked for Shipping department, and told person who answered that they were a vendor of ours and wanted to send a gift showing their appreciation. They asked the person his name, then used his name as the person that placed the 'order' and put "Verbal" under the PO number. See attached invoice.

Dynatek called our office offering to send a catalog and some free packaging tape. We got the packaging tape in a large box with an invoice showing free. After a week went by they sent us a bill for $478.46. Google reviews is slam full of the same complaint from other "customers" of Dynatek. When I called them to tell them we did not order any of this or even ask for ANYTHING from them, they told me I just need to return the tape. The post office wants 45$ to return this. I have told Dynatek to come get their product. And now they are threatening to turn us to collections if we do not pay their bill. I do not see how my company is liable for any of this? There are several complaints on the BBB website about this SAME COMPANY. I really hope you guys can put an end to this, this is ridiculous.
