I placed two orders the first of December. I received one partial box from them and never received the second box. I have emailed them numerous times and called them numerous times. All you ever get back is an automated email which means nothing. My second order is still on the site and states unfilled. The amount of money is not large but at this point it is the principle. DO NOT order from this company unless you want to be scammed.

I ordered stuff from them in November and they took the 10 dollars out of my account in November. But I have yet to receive the stuff I ordered and when I message I just get a message saying their sorry and that they are working hard but don't know when it will be sent out.

I bought several sets of laser tag guns and a couple separate spiders from July through august. They sent me an email saying they would ship by late Nov and be here in plenty of time for Christmas. I was even able to obtain tracking numbers but they went no where.
I inquired about this and they sent me a single email that said they were refunding my money. Once again what they say and what they do isn't the same. I never received a refund. They postponed sending me any of these updates until dec. 20 , so even if I had money four days before Christmas I was unable to replace these toys. Are they a scam ? I'm my opinion , YES.

Dynasty toys uses automated responces within seconds to falsy appease its unsatisfactory service. They have taken money and have not supplied anything but automation for responces. As well as made promise of added gift when things are sent but like I said they can offer no proof of time frame making bad practices. I am not the only person I personally know who is in the same boat as myself. They intised customers with free gifts and give away and can not supply their services. They do not alow more than a generated typical responce and no interaction with its customers making it frustrating to see money taken out of accounts and nothing to show for it but automated responces.

I order items and many others ordered items a month and over ago and have not recieved what we've ordered. Also their email for complaints only send automated responses and no one ever gets back to you.
