I paid a deposit of $602 on June 3, 2021 for two shutters and one arch with a delivery date of 6-8 weeks. In August I called concerning delivery and was told "in 4 weeks". I have been told the same thing on a monthly basis all the way up until February. The manager informed me that they may not be able to make the arch, and would call me the next day to let me know about the arch and give me a delivery date for the shutters. Here it is March 9th. The company refuses to return my calls, answer the phone, or respond to my emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, the State Attorney Generals Office, and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The manager, Jessica Mckenzie responded to my ScamPulse.com complaint with lies. I have never received a copy of the contract, or the shutters. And now they refuse to talk to me so my only option is to file a lawsuit to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. They have tons of bad reviews on Facebook, Homeadvisor, BBB, and their own website!!!
