I received a call from "credit card services" to do a balance transfer to a lower interest rate. They had my information and said they would call me back. I didn't hear from them for weeks and when he called back I said I think this is a scam and I don't want to do anything with my credit card. I was charged $2000 on my credit card and still have a balance. I disputed it with my credit card company (Barclay's Mastercard), got a temporary credit, and then recharged months later. The credit card company gave me information from the merchant that disputed my refund, which is not valid. The address on the letter that was sent to them was for Prairie Estates 1325 Daja Ln, Grand Prairie, TX, and the 2 phone numbers listed in the file are for 2 different companies. The first one (832) 246 8200 is for Dynasty Financial Group and the second is (212) 373 1000 for Dynasty Financial Partners. My credit card said there is nothing they can do.
