I ordered Keto Gummies from this company and was then sent a second, unauthorized order. I was charged $199 for this order. I received an email notification of the order so called to cancel and was told it was already in transit. I was advised that $100 of my payment would be returned to my credit card that day, it was, and that the balance would be credited once I had returned the product. I received an order cancellation email on July 17th, 2023. We posted the second order back to the manufacturer as instructed and waited to receive the credit. This is now 2 months ago. I have called twice looking for the credit and have been asked for a tracking number we were never asked to provide ( we literally used the same package to send the items back when we received them ). Their claim is that as there is no proof they received the package back they can't issue the $99 refund owed. I have looked online and seen a number of stories about this organization. I hope someone in your organization takes a close look at this case and puts this company out of business. Thanks
