I was contacted over the phone by a lady named Kelly, to see Gomez for a job training interview, at 47-01 Van Dam Street suite 104 Long island City NY, 11101 at 12pm February 5,2021. She herself insisted that I get their by 12noon and to not be late. Even call me at 10am to make sure I was still coming. I get to the location with 30 minutes to spare. I walked through the door of the facilities, since many business are here. the place barely had any type of social distancing, PPE equipment available and nobody was really wearing a mask I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I was told just to fill out my name on the sign-in sheet and fill out a form I was be assisted soon as the next person was done. Unfortunately Mr Gomez whom Kelly told me to say I was supposed to see wasn't there, (red flag 2) and that I was going to be speaking with Ms Kelly and Mr Gomez "Boss". No introduction snatches my form out my hand and

Says tell me about yourself and I asked what do you want to know he says your skills and experience since I had not resume to give I apologise then begin what seemed to me a promising opportunity despite everything else I was stuck in mid sentence explaining my skills and expertise as well as work experience.Mr Gomez and Kelly's boss cuts me off in mid-sentence. I'm not sure if he knows because I'm wearing a mask I was still speaking and he all of a sudden goes into explaining what the job entailed and begins to look at me as if I was to respond to him. I reply yes actually Miss Kelly talk to me about what the job had entailed over the phone and I also explain to her yes I am capable of handling what the job also entails. Their Boss goes off very disrespectful responding to me and says first of all I don't like to be cut off (yet he just cut me off) and if you think that you can come here to my place of work you can forget it, fine with you I do not like being disrespected. He gets up and literally walks away from his desk says you can leave. Takes my form and fold it up then crumble it into his pocket. I still not clear on how to say this I'm just another black women to systemic racism and discrimination and I'm supposed to grin and bear minimum respect and yet I give mines away freely, and can take it away just as quickly as I give it. when I know the person in front of me doesn't deserve it. So I chose to respect myself leave his office as he requested I didn't refuse. I collected myself outside and when I got my mind in order I went back into suite 104 to get his name he refused very aggressively using profanity and I didn't curse at him or even call him out his name yet I'm the ******* ********** *** ****** *** **** *** ******* ***** *** ***** ** ******** *** *** *** **** *** ** ****** **** ******* ***** *** ******" I wish I was making this up but he was so angry and yet I was angry and proud of standing up for me it felt good not because I know I was right it was the right thing to do. He threatened to call someone as he stated word for word because that what he said since I came back I'm now trespassing on his place of business. I said call the police or the ScamPulse.com you are the devil Man, is what I said and left for good and good riddance. I just can't believe I wasted what little money I did have to try and better myself and it got me nowhere because bigots like him still exist. refused to give it to me I would like some type of restitution since, 40 bucks would be worth it because that was how much it was to get their since traveling in the pandemic makes no exception for no one.

The company contacted me with the promise of employment if I went through a brief interview and paid the fee for a training for the F-01 certification ($25 test)

After payment and obtaining the F-01, the company had not given employment after several attempts to get in contact.

This place scams and acting like they are hiring for a security job.

I have evidence and a high suspicions about a fake job center that continue to take advantage of me and others because of the pandemic. This place is called Dynamic Safety Solutions in queens which say they can help you obtain your osha 10 and do fingerprint and background checks. I had did my research and all felt reassuring but i guess i didnt do it well because i stumbled upon another person that had been boozled into coughing up funds in order to obtain licenses. They are a really big SCAM! I know i might not be able to get a refund right away because i signed a no refund waiver but i have my money order receipt. I am hoping to go to court or at least get them shut down. This is disgusting especially at a time like this when people are desperate and hopeless. Please if you can look into this if possible. I could really use help ! And my money back. Thank you kindly.
