Hello, I am a victim of fraud by this company (Dynamic Business Solutions). I signed a contract to work for this company (the subsidiary is Partrail) as a "Logistics Manager" and was told I would receive $2,250 pay, $150 reimbursement for travel expenses, and all business related expenses for my first month. My start date was 04/17/18 and I was told I would receive payment on 05/17/2018. After this one month "probationary period" I was told that I would be eligible for a full time position where my monthly pay would go up to $2,500 per month along with the aforementioned accommodations. I have contacted three different individuals (Isabella Ferland - Supervisor, Candice West - Payroll, and another individual who I have communicated with via their live chat portal) all numerous times without any response. The webportal I used to login for my job is "under construction" since 05/19/2018 and each day it extends the completion date by one day. My largest concern right now is that not only am I a victim of fraud, but they also have every bit of information they would need in order to commit identity theft against me.

This was a total scam...They contacted me via email offering a work from home package re-shipper. I had just finished a consulting position as a Business Analyst with a local logistics company and they said they saw that on my resume and contacted me strictly because of that experience so they wouldn't have to train me. Of course my resume is on several job boards Monster, Indeed, Careerbuilder, etc. This scam is called DYNAMIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS from Riverside, CA (they also go by the name on their website called PARTRAIL.com) I am not stupid. I looked them up prior and the website was/is legit....very legit looking...state of the art. Not one thing out of place...just perfect....even links to google maps to look at their address in Riverside, CA. They even disclose that they have a different registration address in Riverside: 5716 Palomino Drive Riverside, CA 92509....I even googled both names and nothing came back bad....I mean nothing came back! This was the only mistake I made in not thinking it thru clearly....If I google a company looking for anything bad and I don't find ANYTHING being returned under those names...well that should have been the sign....EVERY LEGIT COMPANY THAT WANTS TO INCREASE THEIR CUSTOMERS BASE WOULD WANT THEIR NAME TO COME UP IN A SEARCH. But nothing came back for this company and I was saying: "OK cool...not one bad review!" And I ran on that thinking without stopping to say: Wtf...."They're name isn't even coming up in google searches....cannot be a real company!" But I was only looking to clear the negative review aspect and I jumped thru the hoops to get onboarded....a phone interview, a application, a copy of me holding my license to prove its me in the DL picture. The strange thing is that they gave no indicators they were a scam...they said most people dont pass the probationary period so they will issue a 1099-Misc and I would have to report the taxes at year end and if I was going to become permanent in a month then they would have me fill out an I9 and give my ss#...but they never wanted my ss# and they said for me to cover up the date of birth on my license before emailing it to them! So they seemed on the up and up.....I was given a portal to access shipments coming to me that i was to inspect and take pictures, then print out a shipping label and forward the packages.

I printed out the contract that was sent to me stating I would be on a 30 day probationary period and they would evaluate me after 30 days to decide if i was hired, if so, i could get medical benefits. The contract states that Dynamic Business Solutions is the registered owner of partrail.com. It also states that I am to be paid $2250.00 and an additional $150 a month for travel expense stipend, i was suppose to be paid on 5/12/18 and have not received a penny! furthermore, the portal i signed into was: artel-crm.com using my email and password they gave me has been in maintenance mode since a week before pay date! It is so weird in that when I think about it....what did they really get from me? They sent 11 packages to my house and I drove them to the local Fed Ex store. The website is still up and take a look at how much effort they put into it as it looks perfect in every way. www.partrail.com

This company hires people on probationary status promising to pay $2250 at the end of 30 days. At that point, they decide if they want to keep you on full time for $2500/month. You are basically rerouting packages via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. At the end of 30 days, they completely ignore you and you don't get paid. Similar companies have been reported as scams and frauds. Supposedly, the packages are have been purchased with stolen credit card information and are being routed all over the US. At this point, you are involved.
