Received post about local units available. Dylan Rentals provided pictures of a very nice place and said it was on Comanche Street. Would not provide any other information than the photos. Was within price range so provided name, number, income, DOB, and email address. Said I was instantly approved and if I was really interested, to go further would have to provide application fee for background check (refundable too). When asked to see the place said I couldn't until the fee was paid. Said prefers PayPal or Chime to pay the fee. When questioned about site with the same pics all over country, said that is just how he does it. I questioned if this was a scam and he told me he wasn't the devil and that is just how he does it and that the photos shown to me were exactly the place looks . Asked for address to verify existence and was told that info would not be shared as they do not condone trespassing. Asked for a local contact to verify legitimacy and would not provide anything. Stopped conversation as I looked up the name on the internet and the only thing that came up was the Facebook page. Checked ScamPulse.com and found similar scams related to the number and name.
