Bath and body works clearance candle sale. Website looks like the actual website but when I got confirmation email of payment risetor.com in Belfast is who got my payment. No phone number is provided only email address and they don't respond to any emails I've sent to [email protected]

Initially saw the advertisement for the store on social media. Tried to pay with a visa gift card but payment would not go through. Used my regular credit card and received a payment receipt email from stripe.com for Vikrasseth Limited in the UK. Never received an order confirmation email or any tracking information. Tried to contact the store through the website contact info which had no phone number or address, only email. I did receive a poorly written reply telling me to be patient as it was a hot sale and my order was under normal processing, and to contact them again if I still hadn't heard anything. Waited 2 weeks, sent another email and have heard nothing. Now the website is no longer available. Currently disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
