Signed a contract for a sunroom to be done in May. He breached the contract. Work was never done and we asked for our deposit back. He continually lies. Went to court and got a judgment against him. Dave Yatsko has been taking money (deposits) from customers without doing work. He is taking deposits way over the amount legal in California. This scam has happened to a lot of people this year as reflected in his reviews and other places such as the bond company. He makes promises with no intent to keep, poor communication and lies upon lies.
