So the scammer posted about a 4 bedroom home in San Antonio Tx. He said the rent would be 800.00 for deposit and 800.00 montly rent. We found post in the facebook marketplace and the email address they are using is [email protected]. He said go by property and take a peek in and see if you like the place but when you go to the actual property there is a sign that says for sale not for rent. He sent an actual application with an american flag on it and asked us to fill out. We filled out and sent back along with pictured ids. Then he sent email stating that he was gonna send fed ex with keys and payment slips once we filled out lease agreement that he sent in email pdf. The lease agreemnt said Durbon's Properties 1930 W. Hutchins Pl, San Antonio Tx 78224. He also mentioned that he was not in town and that he was a contracter that moved to Wisconsin with his family. He said to make payment to his personal assistant Matthew Mark via western union. Milwaukee wi 53225. It seemed weird so we drove by property and like i said we called number and Ron Durbon answered but he said he was in town and had now idea what we were talking about. On the email the email name says Ronald Durbon. He said he was gonna call police. They may have stolen Ron Durbon's identity and using his home he is trying to sale. The real Ron Durbon has not posted his home on the marketplace he only has a sign outside of his home with phone number.
