The attached document was faxed to a residential facility within the Jefferson Center for Mental Health in Jefferson County Colorado, I am a staff there. We have five staff and 8 residents who work/live here.

Received a fax stating he was interested in a credible fruitful business relationship and cooperation to partner with him to claim funds (one million dollars) that a financial institution w[censored]ding after someone with the same surname passed away. States he use to work on their portfolio while with the financial institution and wants my help to repatriate the funds. States I would be entitled to 30% of the funds for the assistance and he would get the 70% to invest in my country.
