I ordered an foldable electric keyboard from this company and I never received it. It was was advertised on Facebook. When I tried to get intouch with them there was no reply. I looked them up on Google and saw that other people have been scammed by them too

Les compre un set de Natividad que anunciaban a esta compañia. Las figuras eran de 5 a 6 pulgadas de alto tenia 11 figuras bueno muy bonito según lo que proyectaban. Cuando recibo la mercancía para mi sorpresa cuando abrí el pa que ti to era un pesebrito tan grande como mi mano que lo venden en cualquier tienda a un dólar. Es inconcebible que cojan a una de ignorante. Son unos estafadores

Please BEWARE This company is operating from multiple websites. They offer products that in no way match the description in their ads. The item I was scammed on was an electronic lifelike dog... walks and wags its tail, blinks its eyes , moves its head... video showed how lifelike the product is. But the item I received was a dollar store stuffed animal that does nothing!! The videos they showed were lifelike because the dogs in the videos are real !! I have seen many other people complaining about the same scams. Paypal community page has many of the same. I've seen youtube videos also... So please if they seem too real to be true that's because they are!!! This is a Scam!!!!

This company is a total scam. Recently an ad was advertised on FB selling a stuffed little dog that did so many things, such as run, lick, wag his tail, etc. So I thought this would be a great Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The price of the toy dog was $19.99 with $7.99 shipping, making a total of $27.98. I ordered one through Paypal (thinking I would be safe ordering it through PayPal) several weeks later I received a small stuffed animal that did absolutely nothing. This toy would only cost $1.00 at Dollar Tree. So I contacted PayPal to make a complaint, today I received notice from PayPal that they were deniying my complaint because I would not accept .00 froma partial payment of $8 from the company I wanted a full refund, since this wasn't what was advertised. Checked online and there are so many complaint with PayPal about this company, but PayPal keeps letting their customers order from this company with their knowledge of Duo Tongguang Electronics Company is a total scam. PayPal should not allowed this company access to their customers. PayPal needs to protect its customers, especially us seniors. Hopefully, The Ohio Better Business Bureau will check this company out and prevent them from selling their products in Ohio or the USA. I don't know the address, I just Goggled the company's name to find them online. Please do not ever, never order from this company. It is a huge SCAM!

I ordered what was advertised on facebook and then this seller's website to be a very realistic and moveable labrador puppy doll. In the ad, they showed the doll moving on its own and appearing to look and move almost like a real puppy. However, I received instead a very poorly made hairy statute of a golden retriever dog. This statute does not move, is not poseable, is MUCH smaller than the dolls shown, and looks NOTHING like a real puppy. This item is NOTHING like pictured or described in the ad. This company fraudulently advertised a completely different product.

I then raised a dispute through PayPal, since that was how I paid. PayPal told me the seller would only refund my payment if I spent my own money to ship the item back to the seller in China. However, PayPal's dispute resolution center did not have a mechanism for me to respond that the seller completely defrauded me and that it was unacceptable for me to have to pay my own money to ship the item back. I contacted PayPal through messaging and explained the issue but they refused to help me further and then closed my claim.

My original transaction ID with the seller, Duo Tongguang Electronic Commerce Co. Ltd. is 7ES11344UH408350F. The amount I was defrauded was $31.98. The invoivce number through PayPal is c13769578578005.1. The dispute resolution Case ID is PP-D-85389197.

I filed a fraud claim with my financial institution and they awarded me back the amount that I paid, so that is why I checked that I have no lost money. However, PayPal is committing fraud by allowing sellers commit fraud through them and taking no actions to protect buyers from fraudulent sellers, even when I sent photo proof of the fraud.

The advertisement on Facebook showed this toy dog running around and doing tricks. It is just a very cheaply made stuffed animal. I paid $29.98 and they have offered to refund $4 and I can keep the animal. On the package is this address. DEPT CA #42, DEPT CA #42142, BLDG 2, 5215 S BOYLE AVE, VERNON, CA
