I was charged for ****** ***** when it was cancelled. I therefore googled the ****** number to speak to a customer service rep about these charges. They then proceeded to tell me that I would need to go to and go through a series of steps in order to get my money reimbursed. I gave them my Visa/debit card number and all my info thinking it was legit. Went through a bunch of steps and in the long run they told me that I would be reimbursed in 24hrs. After the call I went into my bank account and noticed that 2 transactions were taken out and not credited back.
