My parents live at a nursing home, they received 3 phone calls at the front desk asking for them. The third time my Mother was able to answer the call. They claimed to be with the Duke Choice Program (which is not a valid program) and said she owed money for a Duke bill and gave an address to a house in the nearby area. They obviously do not live at any house as they are in a nursing home and moved from South Carolina straight to the nursing home. She identified herself as Tramesia. She would not give any other information like how much they supposedly owed or anything else. I called Duke and they do not have any type of program like this and they do not call about bills. They also have no accounts open in my parents name.
