I ordered a dress off duefe.com in June 2023. They claim to be produced and shipped from South Carolina and I have yet to receive the dress. They sent me a USPS tracking number which has yet to be activated. The USPS site says it is waiting on the company to hand over the merchandise before the tracking number would be active. It has been over 3 weeks and they claim it takes 14 days to ship? I don't know of any place in the United States that would take 14 days to get to the USPS and then begin to ship.

I ordered 2 dresses and paid $92.98. The only contact was through email so I emailed to request information for returns. Here was their response: "We are sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, we will refund you USD$35 as compensation, could you kindly keep the item(s). Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via [email protected]"

I also have yet to receive any reimbursement. On the website, the links for "Company Info" and "Help & Support" are not live links.

I ordered a dress from this company from their website. It says the product is made and shipped from South Carolina. They claim to also have easy returns. When I received the product - the quality is less than what appeared in the photo - it is super light and sheer material and the shape was off. It is too big in some areas and too small in others . It is different from other clothing I have worn. It is not just the matter of "it didn't fit." The product is just a weird cut. Combined with less than acceptable quality - I contacted the company to return and refund my purchase. They sent back an email offering me to keep the item and they would give me $18. (I paid $65 plus $15 shipping) I declined through email - and asked for refund and return authorization. After 6 emails back and forth, when they continued to increase the refund a couple more dollars at a time - they finally offered me $30 to keep the dress.( I declined. Now they tell me, I can return the dress but I have to ship it to Dubai, UAE at my expense and they will refund 14-30 days after they receive the item back. I am not sure this is an honest company, that is in fact located in the US. From my experience, they are a company who advertising one thing and handing out another, they are shady, and they are making quite a profit by handing out poor quality and offering only a small refund to allow customers to keep it. This is not good for the public!

I purchased 4 items online at Duefe.com. When they arrived about 3 weeks later, I was shocked at the poor quality of the items in terms of fabric, construction and fit. I looked for a packing slip & there was no packing slip included in the order. So then I looked at the website for phone number to call and there wasn't one, so I sent an email to [email protected]. The label on the package is from an Asian address it appears with another label on top from Alexandro Ruiz 2805 W El Segundo Blvd, Suite 1, Hawthorne, CA 90250. I sent 2 emails to company stating that I wanted to return all 4 items. 4 days later I received a reply asking if I would accept $57 and keep the items. I replied that is not how returns work and that their policy showed a 30 day money back guarantee. The English seems "broken" even as I look at the website more carefully. I felt comfortable ordering due to the 30 day return policy AND the items I purchased all had great reviews. I have now come to think that I was scammed and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. I tried to write review and that was censored and never published on the website.
