I used to love this company and order several hoodies. I order 7 Hoodies in sept and got them in December. 2 of the hoodies had missing letters so it was noticeable. I emailed them 5 times with 2 different emails and they never contacted me back. I will never order again from them. ?

Honestly, I am rating this company because they NEED it. I am in total shock that I even received this hoodie due to the ratings of this company. I am only giving 4 stars because it made it here, although it did take over 2 months. I never received a tracking number and I even put in a dispute with my bank because I was so nervous it wouldn't make it. For the first time ever, I didn't read reviews before I placed an order and it was because I wanted it so badly. I'm not sure if others will receive theirs but I just wanted people to be able to know that SOMEONE out there actually received their order so please just be patient and have a little faith. I have gotten so many compliments on this hoodie! Good luck to all whom have ordered. It was a very scary process though. Sorry the picture is so choppy, I am at work. Just wanted people to see that I have it. It is the November Girl with tattoos, pretty eyes, and thick thighs hoodie.

I ordered a hoodie on August 6th 2020 and they took the money of the card the next day I do believe And then I was supposed to receive a tracking number when they had shipped my order I still have not received that tracking number I've got online to look up a number or how to get ahold of them all they have the email I sent them the email and have not got anything in response I sent another email and still have not got no response cannot find a number nowhere and I just want my hoodie It was supposed to be a birthday present from my husband to me On September 18th 2020 and I still have not received any email back I've not received any money back I have not received my hoodie a tracking number nothing but they sure did take that money didn't they It sucks real bad I want my money back I want my hoodie

I Ordered a hoodie from my birthday 3 weeks before my birthday and my birthdays August 19th And I still have not received my hoodie and it's now September 18th and I cannot get ahold of anybody I cannot get a contact number they will not respond to my emails Text because if you look online it says they are good place to do it through that they got a 4.6 On the reviews in everything really pisses me off because I don't have the money either to be out the $50 Birthday present to even makes me more mad

I got scammed outta $88.86. I paid for two hoodies. I emailed them they responded and told me that they were backed up on orders. So I asked them to track my order never got a response. So it's now been a month and I emailed them again. Nothing. I'm gonna talk to my lawyer about this. I'm getting my $80 dollars back. I don't give a [censored]. I will travel across the states to find out who scammed me. Ya just don't take hard earned money away from people. I want my order or my money. Simple.

I purchased a hoodie online from this website, for my daughter as a birthday present. I made the purchase back on July 16th 2020, today is August 26th 2020 and I still do not have my daughter's hoodie. I emailed the company 1 month later, because I still did not have my daughters hoodie. I asked for them to provide me with tracking information. They did respond to my first email and they told me that because of their error my order had not been shipped and they asked me to wait. I was very upset, after all this was a birthday present that's why I ordered it a month prior to her birthday. I couldn't figure out what was taking so long, the company is in New York and I live in California. I went on the website again to try and find a customer service phone number and there isn't one listed anywhere, every communication is done by email (which raised a red flag for me) the address listed as the company address is in fact not theirs, it's a car dealership! My emails to them continue to go unanswered and I'm pissed. I got scammed out of over $50.00, that's a lot for me right now. They have my personal information and I'm terrified at what they are going to do next.
