I purchased toys from their store. They use a similar name to a reputable business called Dude Gadget. They charged ny credit card immediately. Then they never sent the goods. I emailed them and they said they had shipped everything and I would receive a tracking number soon. They never sent that info. Them I wrote several times again. Each time they either answered they had shipped or that they did not have the goods in stock. Now they don´t even answer my emails. I now found several complaints against them in the internet https://www.trustpilot.com/review/dudegadgets.com

They refuse to refund and cancel the order and they have been doing this to many people.

I purchased items from this company in late October 2017. I contacted them in late November about the delivery and I was told the items are coming from China and I should be patient. To date, 12/8/17, I have not received the items purchased and I cannot get through to this company. My email was not delivered due to the mailbox being overfull. I'm concerned as the purchased items are Christmas gifts for children. Will never do this again. I'm hoping I am not out my money for the purchase. $51.00 USD.

Even though there is still time to possibly receive these items, the unknown is not comfortable and if the gifts do not arrive, I'm sure I've also lost the money.

I ordered the anti-theft backpack for my daughter back in August. They were quick to process the charge but I have received nothing other than fake email responses from James Smith and Jessica Brown. I should have suspected the common names! I recently learned that they have been sending the EXACT same emails to other people. I checked my bank account and they posted the charge from Hong Kong, so these are international thieves, not just local. I have since reported them to econsumer.gov. This scam needs to stop and all monies must be recovered!

I ordered an anti-theft backpack from them. they took my money and nothing. i sent an email to them asking where it was and got a form email saying they would send it the next day.

Checked online, they have been sending an identical email to people about this same product for months.

They are thieves and need to be dealt with.
