I ordered 4 Fingerlings/Finger Monkeys and the money removed from my account on Oct. 26. I rec'd a confirmation email. My sister who actually wanted them for her Grandchildren was getting concerned so I emailed them. I got a ticket number, but no resolution. I gave them another week and emailed them again, as no number could be found. The response was a basic apology, acknowledged the accuracy of my claim and said my order was shipped that day (coincidentally?)!! I had suggested to them since I had been more than patient and that NOW 20% was being offered off of the purchase AND that the friends with whom my sister had immediately shared the information, ordered their monkeys minutes after me and paid $5 less than I did!!! That was my first bad taste of the company, which automatically put my antennas up!! Just checked with my sister and her friends she told about Dudesgadge, in MD and KYt have not rec'd their items and can't get any Customer Service satisfactory responses, either. I care about disappointed kids much more than $79.80. This infuriates me. They need to be punished!!!
