We reached out to this "Company" for dryer vent cleaning. They originally quoted $99 but came and said there were many more issues and that it would end up being $600. We said ok assuming they would provide $600 worth of work or near it, but they were done within 20 minutes and seemingly did nothing of significance to warrant $600 (just that they'd used chemicals) but we'd already paid. We called back and said we'd hear from the owner to discuss our grievance the following day, and now they are not responding at all. They don't appear registered with the ScamPulse.com and there are no reviews on google which makes me concerned they are not a real company and they are targeting consumers with a "$99" price only to claim they actually need to charge more once they get to the job, preying on consumer ignorance. They offered us a discount to use Zelle and said their credit card machine was down, which in hindsight was a massive red flag that they do not want anyone disputing their charges. We are aware we were too trusting in this situation and will be much more vigilant going forward, but we do not want this company to prey on anyone else.
