On 11/22/18 I ordered a Duke Blue Devil blanket from DucHa. Total cost with shipping was $64.90. The money was taken from my account within 24 hours. I have never received my item and have been unable to contact anyone. I received a receipt #4***6 and an invoice id # c4***096.1 Under merchant details it only says DucHa. Any assistance you can give me to either get my item or a refund of my money would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
